Electric scooter 45 km/h is what used to be called class B moped with a cylinder capacity of 50cc. The equivalent of the moped class B is an electric scooter with a maximum power of 4kW. The maximum speed is 45 km/h. You need an AM driver’s license and the minimum age is 16. A helmet and insurance is mandatory.
