Yes, it takes a small amount of power from the battery. When the bike is off or stationary, it goes into standby to use less power, but it still works. - How much energy does the tracker consume ?
The tracker consumes very little power: 0.5W when active and 0.1W in standby. - Does the tracker affect the performance of my vehicle ?
No, absolutely not. The tracker just takes a little energy from the battery. - What if my vehicle’s battery is dead ?
The gps track app comes with its own rechargeable battery. If your battery runs out then the tracker continues to send a signal for one week.
